Fitch is working on a new store format for Vodafone ‘where interactive will play a big part’ according to new digital strategy director for Fitch Worldwide Stephen Beasley. Chief executive of Fitch Lois Jacobs says, ‘Retail is no longer a matter of online versus in-store: Customers are embracing and responding to inline experiences with digital facilitating this convergence. As a result, Fitch provided a concept based around “point of ignition” whereby the customer is led into the flagship store and invited to investigate possible solutions on what appear to be gigantic cut rubies...the result is opulence and excitement and truly unique! Yapiarti’s scope is turnkey fit out works of stores. The stores of Ankara, Istanbul, Bursa and Diyarbakir were completed by Yapiarti. The project is designed by Fitch.The client is Vodafone.
